Join us for an engaging evening with Cédric Ciprietti as he brings the science of food and nutrition to life. With energy and clarity, Cédric explores how chemistry shapes the flavors, textures, and experiences we enjoy every day. The evening begins with a lively presentation on the science behind what we eat, followed by a live ice cream demonstration and tasting. The perfect experiment as we discover how ingredients transform, why texture matters, and how flavor is created.
