Membership

How do I join?
Complete the online application, which includes payment instructions. Once payment is confirmed, you’ll be notified of your membership status.

How do I join the AWCL Facebook groups?
Request to join the AWCL Facebook group. Once approved by the Membership Director, you can join other AWCL activity groups without additional approval. If you experience delays, please email membership@awclux.com.

How do I download the WildApricot for Members App?

To download the WildApricot for Members app, click on the links below for your device:  IOS  or ANDROID

When and how do I renew my membership?
You will automatically receive an annual invoice to renew your membership 30 days before it expires. Simply log in to your AWCL account to complete the payment or pay via bank transfer.

How can I update my membership data?
Log in, click on your name in the upper right, then select “View Profile” to edit your information.

Not receiving AWCL emails?
Check spam or promotions folders first. If issues persist, contact communications@awclux.com.

Attending the next Welcome Coffee?
Members can register through the Events Calendar in the Members Area. Prospective members, email membership@awclux.com for details.

How is my data used and protected?
View the AWCL Privacy Policy here, updated annually. For other membership questions, contact membership@awclux.com.

Activities

How do I register for an activity?
Log in to the Members Area or use the WildApricot for Members app to access the Events Calendar, select your activity, and RSVP. Confirmation details will be emailed to you.

Interested in leading an activity?
AWCL welcomes new activity leaders! Contact vicepresident@awclux.com to learn more.

Where is the monthly activities calendar?
The calendar is available in the Members Area. Log in and go to “Events Calendar” to view and register, or use the WildApricot for Members app to register directly. For activity descriptions and contacts, check “Activities” under Members Area.

Can I bring a non-member friend to an AWCL activity?
AWCL activities are member-only, though guests are welcome to attend one activity as a trial before joining. The Welcome Coffee is also open to prospective members interested in learning more about AWCL.

Events

Can I bring a non-member to an AWCL event?
Only “Plus One” events allow members to bring a guest.
